I had two back-to-back interviews as part of the INKOMPASS assessment center. Both felt more like friendly conversations than formal interviews. The managers asked situational and motivational questions like “What would you do in this situation?” or “Why are you interested in this program / What is your motivation?”—but it didn’t feel like a test. It was a relaxed, fast-paced dialogue where I could express myself naturally. Overall, the experience was smooth, positive, and not stressful at all.
