I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Phillips 66 in Feb 2016
Interview
Everyone was friendly. They took us out to a dinner the night before, and the interview itself was very conversational. All the questions were mostly behavioral, and weren't very difficult to answer.
