I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Phillips 66 (Manhattan, KS) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process consisted of two on-campus interviews. The interviews were a half-hour each and were spaced fifteen minutes apart. Each interview had one applicant and two interviewers. The interviewers were cordial, and we had a great conversation. It was a behavioral interview, and the interviewers were definitely looking for responses in the STAR format. If the answer did not give them all the information they were looking for, the interviewers would ask follow up questions.

Interview
I applied for this position through my college for employment during 2018. I went through the interview in 2017. Two rounds of interviews. One in school and one at the HQ office. Mostly behavioral questions and few technical accounting related questions. Interviewers were very nice and the interview felt more like a conversation. Must answer all questions in STAR format. Interviewers mostly went through my resume and asked questions from there regarding my experience and what I did.
