Philo Smith & Co. interview questions

Initially spoke with the managing partner about the position itself and the role that I may fill. Before speaking of my own skills and insight, the partner wanted me to know all about the position and what will be asked of whomever fills the role. No questions were asked of my specific fit until the first on-site interview. Then, at my first on-site interview, I took both a personality and Intelligence Test before meeting with the same partner who I had spoke with on the phone a week earlier. Basic interview questions. About a week later, I was asked to come in to speak with two other partners, both of which asked two or three questions each and asked me to expand upon my answers. After a couple weeks, I heard back from the initial partner that I spoke with on the phone. The position was offered.
