Interview
They only hire people into entry level positions, regardless of experience. I received a text, email, and phone call from three separate people at the company who all seemed to not know that the others had contacted me. When I called them back to set up an interview time they were very inflexible. I arrived at the interview and entered the lobby, but seemed to have interrupted a company meeting. They asked me to wait in the hall (with no chairs). After the initial interview they asked if I could do a second hours-long interview that same day. When I said I couldn't make it the same day they said they would call me later to schedule another time but I never heard from them again. I was baffled by the whole experience and would urge them to work on their professionalism.

Interview
A bizarre invitation to join a pyramid scheme. Not a real PR/Marketing job; just a funnel for franchisors to sucker unwitting applicants into starting their own franchises that the franchisors then profit off of.

Interview
Met at the office, where a twenty-something recruiter showed her disappointment the moment she saw me. The job description was misleading, as they were only looking for entry-level candidates. The entire interview took less than 15 minutes. It felt like she couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Note that nobody over 30 appears on their website.

Said everyone starts out at entry-level and my 15 years of experience didn't matter. She asked if I'd be willing to work for 20% of what I was making.
