Very thorough they aren't just asking about experience job wise they want to know your personality. They seem to be a genuine, reputable company that not only cares about their employees they care about the clients as well and they work to improve the lives of their clients.

CV with covering letter interview process was conducted by HR and Operations both were pleasant, however felt they were unsure what they wanted from the role so was difficult providing solutions to their needs.
