Thank you for posting this interview review. I'm sorry your interview did not work out for you. Our interview process is pretty lengthy and complex, so I'm not sure why you only have a few unrelated questions here.
Also, we do not ask IT consultants to bring a book of business. That doesn't make much sense. We do ask the sales consultants we hire about their existing clientele, although we are always careful not to break any pre-existing non-compete contracts.
Also, if you believe the CFO's wife is the owner, then you were not listening. The owner (Firoozeh) is the CEO, and she is my wife. I'm Ben, the president. The CFO is not married to the owner. I do agree with you that I'm kind of a nerd and proud of it. I'm a technical guy who is in business to make sure we provide a great product and service at very high quality and we have a great team who are happy to be there. I'm not in it for the money, but I'm motivated by the fact that we are all working together to achieve great things. I guess if that's what makes me a nerd, then thanks!
