Describe a moment when you had to handle a difficult situation and how you resolved it.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PhoneCheck (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
Had 2 interviews. One with a technical manager discussed about the background and interest. Was given a super easy problem to solve. 2nd interview was with a HR person in charge of compensation. This guy I found to be rude. Asked about my compensation range and he didn't take it well and just like told me that I'm not worth that much and that I'm trying to get the most money out of the company.. I was avoiding the topic all together but he forced me to give an amount to move forward.
He was very condescending and his meeting lasted exactly 15 minutes. When the 15 minutes hit he put a hard cap on time and left.
over all, the first interviewer was good and second wasn't the best..
