Phunware interview questions

I got an interview after 3 weeks. After the interview, I was told I could start as soon as next week, and that I could expect to hear more within the next two days. Sure enough, two days later the hiring manager asked me when I could start. After responding, I heard nothing back for two weeks until I reached out. Same thing, when can you start? After another week of silence I reached out one more time only to hear that the position was already filled. It looked like a fun place to work, but the lack of communication even after such a positive interview response raised a lot of red flags.
