It began with brief e-mail correspondence to a standard phone screening and a face to face interview after a week. The in-person interview was quite affable and I felt that the COO was a very experienced, knowledgeable individual with a strong focus on IT operations. The COO was also very personable and friendly and made me feel quite comfortable during the interview. A second phone interview by the company's Senior Technician occurred the next day.

Two phone interviews before an in person interview. Overall it took nearly a month to get hired since first being contacted by them. When going into the interview, the COO who interviews and is the boss for the IT team, puts off a very intimidating vibe that can be almost confusing when first going in for the in person interview.
