Pierce Transit interview questions

The interview process was long with no real justification- with long delays between communications, including a two week wait for an on-site interview. The time investment needed from candidates felt careless- particularly after completing all stages of the interview including the on-site then being informed via email that I wasn’t qualified. Those specific determinations should be made early in the process in a reputable interview process. A more efficient and considerate approach would enhance the candidate experience; regardless if an offer is made or not.
