phone screen, asked gilded rose question. it was a soup of if else statements. I was asked to explain the code and refactor within 45 minutes. also had to discuss my past projects and work at current company.

I applied online and was contacted after some time by a recruiter to schedule an initial call. The first step was a standard recruiter screen covering my background, motivation for the role/company, logistics, and salary expectations. There were no specific behavioral questions at this stage from what I remember. I received the outcome by email after the initial screen.

Initial call with the recruiter. Spoke about the process and what to expect for the interview. 1st round is refactoring exercise. After that is onsite but i'm not at the point yet.
