Interview
Pilot has had the best interview process I've been a part of. I applied online and received an email within a couple of days to schedule a time to meet with the hiring coordinator. She was kind, informative, and efficient. I moved to the next phase that assessed my customer service abilities by responding to customer emails and my ability to read a financial document. The third step was a zoom meeting where I was asked to show my proficiency with Pilot's software. All this took place within two weeks. I've bragged on Pilot's interview process with everyone. I'm impressed that they actually test the skills of the job to determine the best hires instead of just trusting a resume.

Interview
The interviewing process was pretty easy and transparent. I learned about this role through a recruiter reaching out and setting a phone call to go over Pilot and this role. The interview consisted of two independent assessments followed by a third exercise with a current manager. Overall an awesome interviewing process from start to finish.
