I applied online, received instructions a few days later asking me to take a personality and IQ test. They wanted me to take the test on a computer with camera and mike so they can record me while I take the test, then view it later to make sure I didn't cheat. I received an email a few days later telling me I didn't make the cut. Their instructions said not to leave any questions blank but when I researched the test, it said most people are unable to complete the test. I didn't make it very far when I was almost out of time so I randomly answered all the rest of the questions. I later applied for a job with a different company and the application asked if I took the test before - it provide a fairly long list of companies, Ping was on the list.
