Pinger Operations Engineer interview questions

An outside recruiter contacted me regarding a possible interview after my previous Boss referred me. I was told by the recruiter that I would talk to their technical recruiter but I actually got the hiring manager instead and was caught off guard. The questions were little tough for me because I am still at a Jr level with my skills. After asking a whiteboard question over the phone, he decided to tell me right there and then that I wouldn't be a good fit since I was too Jr for the position. I should have been better prepared for this interview but at last I wasn't.
