I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Pipedrive (New York, NY) in March 2017.
Interview
Applied online and was contacted more than one month later to set up a telephone screen. Responded with times I was available, then radio silence for two weeks. I contacted the HR rep via linked-in and tried to even guess the email address to see where the rep had disappeared to. Nothing. Call was finally set up and then postponed at last minute. At the end of the telephone screen I was asked to meet with the C-level hiring manager in NYC next week. Waited a week for that to be set up but it never happened. Out of nowhere I got a rejection email. No idea what happened.

Interview
The initial Skype interview went so well and I felt really positive going into the in-person interview...until I met the team. It started off well enough and there were really good vibes until f bombs started and talk about their partying came up and other things that really shouldn’t be part of an interview- at least if you’re trying to be professional. Relaxed is an understatement for what this interview was. They were all nice enough but just not the environment for me.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Pipedrive (Tallinn (Estonia)) in April 2017.
Interview
Initial Skype interview with HR, very friendly and relaxed. Usual HR competency questions and a few personality based questions. Heard back a day after the interview, to schedule next round interview with Product Manager. The second round was also very relaxed, a bit more formal, but I really felt that the PM was interested in me and my past experiences. Third round was a two part homework/test, part 1 was SQL (core competency for the role) and part 2 comprised of more generic UI questions/suggestions about their product. Challenging but interesting task! Last round was with 3 team members, I'd say the toughest interview, but nevertheless still friendly and relaxed.
In the end I didnt get offered the role as they went for someone whose past experience was more specifically relevant to the role.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pipedrive (Lisbon (Portugal)) in March 2017.
Interview
It started with a one-on-one, followed by a challenge and after some time I had the most strange interview questions. They may be a great company but aren't NASA. It seems that don't give any value to good code, design patterns etc... They just have interest in dev-ops and technical stuff.

Interview
Applied to a position via Pipedrive’s careers webpage. I saw the next day that Pipedrive HR/recruiter had checked my Linkedin profile and got no response from them. If my CV does not match their expectations – fair enough, no harm done. What I don’t like is the fact that they did not even bother to send any email that I was rejected or if the position was filled - extremely rude behavior.
Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Pipedrive (Tallinn (Estonia)) in February 2016.
Interview
The interview consisted of ~6 steps.
1. Initial skype interview with a recruiter. All good and clear.
2. Technical task. It took the whole weekend for me to do it.
3. Technical skype interview. All good and everything as expected. No stupid questions were asked.
4. CEO skype interview. Mostly, he talked. You just have to show that you are an adequate person.
5. VP of Engineering informal interview.
6. Dinner with a future team in Tallinn. Went nicely.
The recruiter was quick to answer, and steps 1 to 6 took around 1 month, Tallinn visit included.

When you spend your time for test tasks and interviews, expect something more than just "sorry, we have chosen another candidate" thru email. Btw., HR-girl was very friendly. P.S.: It was skype-interview.

Pipedrive Response
Mar 23, 2017 – Talent Hunter
Thank you so much for your feedback! It is our intention to create a positive candidate experience for those who would like to go after career opportunities at Pipedrive.
We have a reasonably tight recruiting process and we’re usually quick to respond, both positively and negatively. Here something has clearly gone wrong. We’ve looked through our records and (with a 99% probability) have identified the case. This came about around the time we were migrating from our old candidates management software to a new one. We’ve now taken extra precautions to make sure things won’t fall through the cracks in the future.
We’re very sorry for lack of communication and for leaving a poor impression about Pipedrive!... MoreLess
