Interview
I had two interviews. One was general and a program manager took my interview. I passed this one and went to the next round. The second one was with HR Head and my zonal manager to check my allignment with the team.

3) Tell us about an instance where you had to face a challenge and how did you solve that challenge? What were your learnings from that instance?
4) What is your career plan for next 5 years?
The interview process was smooth and to the point. There were in-total 3 round of interviews including two interactions and one writing assignment. The questions were direct and mainly to guage the skills of management of ground-level issues.

Campus placement and one day activity. Two rounds of interview first GD, excel test and then final interview with the manager. The overall interview process was smooth and the managers were cooperative
