If you get a call you got the job. The interview is a formality. They need people its a high turn over job. Always seeing new faces that quit 3 days later. You meet with a manager they tell you company expectations and standards. Ask if you can cook and clean and then give you a uniform and enter info into the national system.
Interview phone process and then trial shift with what would have been my whole team. Final interview on phone after the trial shift before offers were handed out. All over and done with within 3 weeks which was good.

Applied online, was interviewed a few days later. They asked about 3 questions about work experience, if I had experience with customer service and what my hobbies were. It took about 3 days. Pretty easy interview.
