great experience with people and very balanced between behavioral and technical Q's. Definitely will help to prepare and know some backgroung on commercial banking. Don't stress to much they are people like anyone else.

Interview
Interview was easy and straightforward. The only challenge is that you need a connection to get an interview. I had two interviews over the phone, one with HR and one with a manager. After that I had an in person interview. No technical questions were asked during any part of the process.

1 phone interview followed by 2 in person interviews. Basic questions about background and education on the phone interview, then the in person interview (I only had one) just told me about the company and the position duties.
