A team of two managers interviewed candidates for the position. Fairly casual and direct down the line of their sheet of questions. Simple enough for any teenager. Occured right in the middle of the gym with direct reference to the layout and doing walk around sales prospecting for new members.

The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
