It was a very casual in-person interview. I was asked various questions about my experience with accounting and my personality so that I would be a good fit to the firm. Later during the summer leadership program we went to a baseball game and had a casual day of learning about the firm and hanging out with the current staff.

Standard Interview, asked pretty straight forward questions. Was more focused on personality and social fit rather than skills. Interviewer was very interested in my involvements in communities and clubs outside of school.

One phone interview and then a follow ling team call for the second and final round. Heavily behavioral based questions trying to get a feel for who I am as a person.

Short character based interview asking general questions about who you are and why you want to work there. Not a complex technical interview. They teach you what you need tonknow
