I was offered an interview because the company thought my resume was impressive. The moment I jumped on the call I was being recorded without notice or consent. The initial interview was a discussion about the experience listed on my resume. I was told the process would consist of several interviews, including mock projects to demonstrate skills. About a week later I reached back out and the company let me know they were looking for someone with more experience. This is a fair response, but I asked for their feedback about where I could improve for future roles after the initial suggestion that my resume reflected the experience they were looking for. The company stopped responding to me.
