I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Plural AI in Mar 2025
Interview
First step, screening interview.
Second step, a mix of technical interview and review of CV, past experiences etc.
Third step, live coding with two engineers. Great experience, the challenge is really good and seems to be representative of their actual code problems. The goal is to infer the ability to understand a problem, decompose and tackle it.
The con is that they seem to look for a unicorn and didn't provide any feedback. I suggest the company don't waste precious time looking for that fabulous candidate. Poor hiring is always a risk as interviews are usually shallow, and great peers are not a ready-made product but a team construction through time.
