Ich habe zeitnahe eine Antwort auf meine Bewerbung bekommen, die sogar telefonisch verlief. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Generell hat sich jede Frage beantwortet die ich hatte und habe auch immer schnell eine Rückmeldung per Mail oder Anruf erhalten. Mein Videocall mit meiner Teamleitung war sehr angenehm und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Mir war sehr schnell klar, dass ich bei Ihnen arbeiten möchte.

Sehr strukturiert, angenehme Gesprächspartner. Fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und es wird auf den Bewerber eingegangen. Gute Kommunikation zwischen den verschiedenen Runden. Ich habe den Prozess als sehr gut empfunden und kann es nur empfehlen. Leider hat es bei mir nicht ganz gereicht, aber das Feedback war hilfreich.

Initial call with HR representative who asks the basic screening type of questions and if you are deemed a fit then you move onto the next round. Second call with one of the managers who goes through things in a bit more detail, asking quite general "what would you do in this case" type of scenarios. Never got any type of follow up after the second one so I just assumed they weren't interested.

Durch Corona gestaltete sich der Ablauf der Vostellungsgespräche per Telefon und Videoanrufe. Alle Personen mit denen ich Kontakt hatte, waren sehr hilfsbereit, symphatisch und zuvorkommend z.B. was die Zeiten der Gespräche anbelangt. Sehr ausführlich und angenehm. Ich habe viele Informationen über das Unternehmen bekommen, konnte meine Wünsche, Ziele und Vorstellungen äußern. Der ganze Ablauf bis hin zur Vertragsunterzeichung gestaltete sich sehr zügig, koordiniert und man wusste immer sehr zeitnah wie es weiter geht.

Zuerst kurzes online Vorstellungsgespräch mit HR Danach mehrere online Interviews mit dem Teamlead und einzelnen Teammitgliedern Zuletzt ein Vor-Ort Interview mit dem Management Alle sehr freundlich und offen. Es war eine entspannte, freundliche Atmosphäre und der Fokus lag mehr darauf sich kennen zu lernen. Sehr guter Prozess, es wurde immer sehr schnell nach jedem Gespräch reagiert und die nächsten Schritte besprochen.

Overall, the experience was positive. But there are a couple of things that could have done differently. 1) During the process, I was told that you were not looking for years of experience in this marketing channel. 2) But the only negative feedback I got was: we picked someone more experienced. I feel it's better if next time you will avoid saying 1). The 4th step was supposed to be a cultural fit. But I was asked again about my experience in the marketing channel. Particularly, an example of successful partnership in that marketing channel. How am I supposed to have already an example of that if I'm only 3 months in that channel? In order to get that example, it takes longer. I felt penalized by that question, as the final feedback clearly show.

It took three months from the day I send my application until I was contacted. The interviews afterwards were set pretty fast one after the other. The decission and hiring process was faster than I have expected.
