I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PocketPills (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process consisted of two AI-driven coding rounds followed by a technical discussion. The first coding round focused on Java, where questions tested problem-solving ability, data structures, and clean coding practices. The second round was database-oriented, covering SQL queries, schema design, and optimization concepts.
After the coding rounds, there was an AI-led technical discussion. It included well-thought-out questions on system design fundamentals, backend concepts, and real-world problem scenarios. The AI interviewer adapted based on responses and asked relevant follow-up questions, making the interaction feel structured and meaningful.
Overall, the process was smooth, technically strong, and focused on practical knowledge rather than just theoretical understanding.

Interview
Was invited to attempt the AI interview, questions were related to javascript fundamentals/React.
Gave the AI interview but didn't heard back after that.
Besides that, there was also a section of some basic aptitude questions as well.

Interview
They said they really liked me as I have strong PM mindset and experience but since I have never worked in startup (though I did) my experience did not aligned. They wasted my days on several interviews (phone screen, HR round and 2 onsite interviews). It was a waste of time and energy. Please look into the resume and if it does not match your requirements, please dont waste candidate’s time and energy.
