Short advice, don't waste your time because it seems that the arrogant CEO finding free architecture guidance and waste candidate time.

The interview with hr and technical were great, however the CEO interview is one of the worst interview I ever had. He joins late, off his camera in first 3 minutes, go to take water, and then keep asking about AI which is not relevant to job or product. I felt the arrogance from the moment he started to talk, and then he ended the call.
Honestly waste of time and effort for horrible experience like this.
I actually write this review before I know the answer, and even I get an offer I will never join.

I had two interviews with Podero over the span of a few months. After the first one—which I felt went quite well—I never received any feedback or update, not even a rejection. About two months later, I was contacted again for a second interview. I attended and completed it, but once again, I heard nothing back.
I understand that hiring processes can be time-consuming and complex, but I believe that basic communication and transparency are essential, especially out of respect for the candidates' time and effort.
I hope the company will work on improving this aspect of their recruitment in the future.
