Podium Advertising Technologies interview questions

The interview process included having 3 interviews and a test as well as a presentation. The people who I met during the other interviews were all very nice people and I could tell as a whole, everyone seemed to be very nice. Then, it came to meeting with the CEO, COO and Head of the department giving my 15 min presentation that I had prepared for like crazy during the week I had to do it. The CEO was picking his nose throughout the interview (and even rolling it in a ball and flicking it) and the COO was biting his nails that were non existent. I obviously just ignored this and continued to answer their questions and 'sell myself' like what I had done in the 3 previous interviews and the phone interview. During the interview, the CEO told me I'm too delicate and I'll never be a team-leader. I thought he was testing me, but when I received the email of rejection the day after, it showed he was simply trying to be mean. Also to add, he made me wait over 30 mins because he was 'busy' even though he was just walking around speaking to a person here and there, on his phone for a bit, chatting to an employee because personalized shirts had arrived so they were looking at it. When I gave the presentation, he was obviously yawning and continued picking his nose, he was swiveling his chair and looking at something else. It was very rude and disrespectful. They asked me to also do a graphology test (clearly they didn't send it in because I got the rejection less than 24 hours later). Very disappointed his the CEO's attitude and I guess the employees who've commented about working there and the 'micro-managing CEO' are definitely being honest. On the positive, I did learn a lot through out the process - I just wish it didn't end with a sour taste from the CEO. Note: the head of department was really sweet. They told me that they chose another candidate, but immediately after I left, they re-posted it on LinkedIn. There are over 200 applicants initially, so it's crazy they didn't choose anyone.
