I was contacted and offered a phone interview. I selected a time and was contacted promptly at that time by a very pleasant and enthusiastic interviewer. She asked very engaging questions and listened intently, offering me great feedback about my answers. I had a very positive experience with her on the phone.

Initial discussion with their recruiter was frustrating (she didn't appear to know the ICP for accounts that would be targeted in this role - was as if she was learning more from me about the Automotive Retail Landscape in real time as we were on the call.
Received a generic decline email stating that my experience "didn't align" (I have been selling into this vertical for over 6 years).
