Point Inside Senior Software Engineer/Architect interview questions

Poor coordination between interviewers. Conducted by staff with no obvious interviewing experience or training. That being said, some did much, much better than others. In the case where interviewer performance was lacking, little software language proficiency was evident and little to no information exchange/dialog was reasonably possible that might help candidates understand reasons for working at Point Inside.
