Interview
Phone conversation with HM followed by a case study. After these initial steps, you present your case study to the HM for their critiques which cascades into a conversation with HR and more team members as well as a few IQ tests.
spoke with two biz dev people and one PM. biz dev people asked basic interview questions about prior deals I worked on and why I want to be in the industry. PM talked through stock pitches with me.
Interview process was straightforward and professional. It included an initial screening, followed by conversations focused on background, fit, and relevant skills. The interviewers were generally prepared and asked practical questions related to the role. Overall, the process was organized, though timelines and communication may vary depending on the team.
