Interview
Three round interview process. Started with screener call with HR, followed by a second round interview with two of of the team managers who asked pretty standard personality/experience related questions. Final round was with the managing director of the department who asked more product related questions but nothing too challenging. The whole process took roughly two weeks and I was offered the position. Ultimately I declined the offer as it was well below fair market value.

A phone screen with someone from the human resources department was the first step to learn about my background and what they were looking for in the role and then there was a model case study and logic test before moving to next step
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Point72 (Singapore)
Interview
Was contacted by an external recruiter I rejected the external recruiter due to reasons such as job and experience fit but was convinced to still try otherwise as he mentioned that they are willing to train I went for the interview but got a total different vibe from the interviewer I feel even though it started as a miscommunication between all the recruiter and hiring team, I still felt like I was looked down upon when I couldn’t answer the questions. Felt that it’s also a culture fit issue.
