Poki Mall interview questions

This company is very bad and has no management at all. We had 8 interns come in during the same time period, some were hired directly over the phone (no interviews) and some were video interviewed. We were doing the same job but at different salaries. The work environment was also very bad, with someone only coming in about once every 3 weeks or month to do a rough cleaning. And you are required to work unpaid overtime on the 4th of July.
