Poloniex interview questions

I got reached out from Poloniex Recruiter on LinkedIn and had a phone interview with her. The phone call was great and she set up a video interview for me. However, when it comes to the video interview the next day, I find it strange that the interviewer didn't turn on his video and said we can just use audio. This shows a lot that the interviewer wasn't prepared for the interview. He was very unprofessional and he had a lack of energy(sounds he just woke up at 2:30 pm) during the entire interview. He wasn't able to provide useful information about the role and the company. The dude had his LinkedIn profile hidden, which I find very shady. He claimed that he had been working there for 6 months but he showed no enthusiasm in his work. The interviewer wasn't able to provide what he likes about the company, company culture, team working style, etc. He couldn't answer any questions I asked and told me I can search on google. TRUST ME. I did my homework prior to the interview and there's very little information available online. IDK what kind of employees Poloniex can find with this attitude. A good interview is done both ways not one way. Poloniex is better off finding a robot to work for them. To the future Marketing candidates: Good Luck or don't waste your time To Poloniex management team: Have a close look at your current employees. They are setting a terrible reputation for the company.
