I interviewed at Poly-Med
The interview process consisted of three phone interviews and an on-site interview. The first interview was with human resources. The second was with the people from the team you would be working on.
- What was your favorite research project?

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Poly-Med (Anderson, SC) in May 2018
The process usually began with a phone interview 1st. Then you are invited to come to location for a face to face. There will be two rounds. Each time you will be talking to multiple people. This could come off very intimidating but these people are very nice.
- What was one job on your resume that you enjoyed and why did you enjoy it

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Poly-Med (Anderson, SC) in Dec 2017
Started out great, then upper management was abrupt and dismissive. Members are not on the same understanding of the job or have a clear job objective. Three positions were combined into one that were not of the same discipline.
- What is your project management experience?

I applied online. I interviewed at Poly-Med (Anderson, SC) in Dec 2017
I very much enjoyed my interviews with Poly-Med. I was contacted by phone by human resources, after submitting my resume, for an initial phone interview. The recruiter was really nice, great actually. She was easy to talk to and she described what they were looking for. After speaking, she asked if she could contact me again for a more specific phone interview. We did that and things went really well. Then I was asked if the Corporate Manager could phone me, which she did, and things were very professional but laid back. After that call, I received a call from the Business Development Manager (my supervisor) and our conversation went really well. The recruiter called me back and asked me to come for an interview and let me know that it would be for a couple of hours, as I would be meeting with several people. On the day of my interview, I met with the recruiter, the Corporate Manager, members of the Business Development team, the Business Development Manager and the President of the company. At the end of my interview with the President, he offered me the job, we discussed some details, and I accepted the position.
