Do Not Get Fooled

Honestly there are some truly wonderful people that work at Poly-Med and I cherish some of the people I got to meet and learn from. A few of them still actively follow the small company close knit thing.
Cons
* Training is a mess. There is probably one or two people that can train and if they don’t like you or don’t have time, too bad for you! * HR has no idea how to handle things when there’s an internal workplace problem. * There is almost no chance you will ever move up or be offered an internal position. * No professional training or growth chances. * HR and company president have tuned out on the issues in the company. * Team dynamics are more about who can backstab the best than being supportive of one another.

Fascinating work, great people, fun get togethers, family-like culture, collaborative efforts, great work/life balance. Company is run on its original Core Values, which is great! This is a great place to work if you like the idea of being at the forefront of life-saving innovation! Working with Poly-Med is one of the best jobs experiences I've had.
Cons
Growing pains, but not sure this is really a Con.
