Very easy to interview BUT the problem comes where it takes well over a week for staff to contact the actual owners. They apparently cannot tell you how much you can make daily or how much you can make in a week. They cannot guarantee anything other then them flat out telling you any tips you receive from clients for the hard work you do, if paid on a credit card, you will not receive that tip. You will only be paid 100% tip if it is cash. You may discuss all of this with the client in the initial consultation. Any self respecting groomer does not beg clients for cash tips because the company they work for refuses to give them their hard earned money. This was honestly shocking information to be given. In 20+ years I have NEVER heard of such a thing. Very Unprofessional, let alone tips being taken away from the person that actually does the job and given to people that do not groom (the daycare attendants, receptionists etc).

Question 1
They ask all the proper questions that they should ask in the interview process. The problem comes when YOU ask them questions and your only told what they cant and wont guarantee/offer.
