General algorithms and culture fit interview. Was conducted by two senior engineers. On-site, took about 1.5 hours to complete and was very relaxed. There was a take-home project afterwards where you had to implement a map with popspots locations.

One short, very general interview with Poeple Ops. Followed by a technical interview with the Ad Director and CEO. Next step is meeting with other team members in ad dept.

They are really interested in examples of what you have brought in (ad sales) in previous experience. They also ask situational questions such as, if the director goes on vacation, and you had only received basic training, what would you accomplish while he is gone? Also, how would you go about accomplishing this?
