Porotech interview questions

The interview itself was okay, but the entire recruitment process surrounding the interview was poor: - Despite declaring my salary expectations in one of the first exchanges with HR, without having changed my salary expectations, only after the second interview was my expectation raised as a potential issue by HR. - On several occasions I received emails from HR late at night (after 9PM), perhaps an indication of work/ life balance at Porotech. - On multiple occasions the hiring team CC’ed me into emails that I should not have been distributed to me (for example with my very own candidate feedback and mention of other candidates). I also received further email recall receipts. - Having clearly declared my notice period as 12 weeks, I was repeatedly asked if I could speak to my employer about a reduction in notice period (even before any mention of a job offer had been made). Despite this apparent urgency in filling the position, even one month after the second interview, HR were still unable to update me on the recruitment process. In the end HR never got back to me. I would describe the process as very disrespectful and unprofessional.
