Throughout our recruitment process, candidates are interviewed and assessed by at least three members of the team. All candidates for the Office Manager role have followed the same recruitment process: an initial interview with our Recruitment Executive over Teams, a Teams interview with myself (as Line Manager for this position), followed by job-related assessments and an in-person interview with members of our Leadership Team. The Office Manager role is a crucial role within our organisation and works closely with various members of the Leadership Team, hence including them in the recruitment process.
