Positive Pathways LLC interview questions

Two managers were recruiting for the position. They took turns asking questions about prior history and interest in the field and what I knew about the company itself. It lasted about 15 minutes.

Three stages: - first stage was a discussion with the children's support team manager, when I discussed my previous experience and interest in the job. - second stage was practical, working with one of the children I would be working with if I got the job. - third stage was more standard interview style.
