There is no interview, all application and hiring processes were conducted online. Never met another human during the actual hiring process.. I was pleased with the whole hiring process for the Postmates Fleet positions..

There wasnt really an interview, just an explanation of the job. They basically took our information and then showed us a video on how postmate is done. The outcome is getting to learn how to work for postmates. Overall it was easy.
