Interview
There wasn't much of an interview process. It was a background check and a friendly phone call from a west coast representative. You make an appointment to go to the office to find that you're 1 of many to show for the orientation, you stand in line to have a quick phone snapshot, you're given a Pax credit card. Then they run through how the app works. Then send you on your way.

Online fast response background check hired less then a week background check was fast sent me visa and bag really fast. Hired almost immediately. No interview just online questions. The process was easy and secure.

Interview
I went in. Checked myself in early. You have to show up to orientation on time. You will not be accepted into the interview if you do. They sat us in a room more like a group interview. They described what Postmates was about. If we were still interested and how the app works and how we should dress and how to treat every customer we work for. I asked if I can relocate.
They also spoke to us about the ratings and how that could affect us and what we should do if our ratings throws us under deactivation of our accounts and how we could avoid that. Always checking to see if the order is correct. Adding napkins, utensils and anything extra they might want for their order. Always being friendly and treating your choosen customers as clients, and watch the tips roll in.
