I applied online. I interviewed at Power Design (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
Reached out to the TA on LinkedIn, had a virtual interview with the TA who asked me how I would explain a "fully cycle" recruiting process, asked me about what I know about Power Design, explained the structure of the company. TA was so kind. I am moving to the second interview, which is held on-site in St. Pete!
Applied for Recruiting Partner role. I met all posted qualifications and have over 20 years of directly relevant experience. Additionally, I was submitted as an employee referral. I reached out directly to TA leaders and finally received feedback with the same verbiage as the auto-generated message (after careful review, etc.). I have seen the position re-posted twice since that time. I was not selected for interview, and feedback suggested a preference for more junior candidates. Additionally, I’ve found statistics online (I can’t speak to their accuracy) that the average age of their workforce is in their 30s or younger.
