Power International Holding interview questions

Unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent company. I was approached by their recruiter for a senior Director of Legal role. I discussed the salary range and job requirements with the recruiter and we were aligned. The recruiter then scheduled an interview with HR and the hiring manager. At the interview it was clear that they hadn't even looked at my CV and told me they weren't able to open the file they received from his recruiter. What is the point of attending the interview if they haven't even looked at the CV of the candidate they are interviewing? Their tone was condescending and the interview was more of an interrogation than an interview. We then discussed salary and they balked at what I was asking even though it was within the range I had discussed with the recruiter and well within market range for a western attorney in a senior director role. If this is the behavior of their supposed "senior" management, I would hate to see the behavior in the lower levels. What a joke of a company and what a waste of time for everyone. Never heard from them again.
