How do you respond when someone disagrees with your ideas?
A panel of 4 people consisting of one HR professional and the manager of the department as well as 2 others that held a similar position.
It was a pretty ordinary interview but it was timed strictly 30 minutes. There were 5 questions 5 mins allocated each and a presentation of a task which was also timed for 5 minutes. The challanging part was to limit the task presentation to 5 minutes exactly.

The Human Resources team exuded a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and the interview panel members were equally approachable. Each member at the table posed at least one question, fostering a conversational and engaging dynamic. I felt genuinely confident throughout the interview, making it an overall enjoyable experience.
