Pradco Outdoor Brands interview questions

Interview was more conversational with questions based off of what I included in my resume. There was also a lot of detail on the job I would be doing so that I would enough information to make an informed decision about the job, and I really appreciated that.

Initial phone interview with a senior staff member to assess background and potential fit with the position. Once cleared phone interview, I was brought back in for an in person interview with 2 senior staff members and the Human Resources director. Individual interviews were scheduled to last roughly 1 hour each.
