Praeclarum Tech interview questions

I attended an interview process at Praeclarum Tech recently. The interview covered React fundamentals, useMemo, useCallback, JavaScript concepts, and a debugging exercise where I was asked to identify and resolve multiple issues in code. The discussion went well from my side, and I answered confidently. However, after completing the rounds, I haven’t received any clear update or timeline despite following up. My feedback is not about selection or rejection — both are completely fine. My suggestion is to improve communication and provide timely updates to candidates so they can plan accordingly. A simple update would make the overall candidate experience much better.
