Interview
The interview process usually begins with resume screening and an initial HR discussion. This is followed by one or more technical rounds where the candidate’s knowledge and practical skills are evaluated. A managerial round then assesses the candidate’s decision-making, teamwork, and ability to handle real-time situations. The process ends with an HR round for salary negotiation and final confirmation before issuing the offer letter.

Question 1
Situation:
In one of my Google client projects, I was working on a release that had very tight deadlines. During the final regression testing, we found a critical defect that was breaking a core workflow.
Task:
I was responsible for identifying the root cause, validating the issue, and ensuring the fix did not affect other functionalities.
Action:
I quickly analyzed the logs, reproduced the issue, and reported it with clear steps and screenshots. I coordinated with the developer to confirm the cause, and once the fix was provided, I immediately re-tested it. I also ran additional regression test cases—both manual and automation—to ensure there were no side effects.
Result:
We were able to resolve the issue within the same day, and the release went live without further defects. My proactive communication helped the team avoid a release delay.
