Pravda Vodka House interview questions

The interview was scheduled uneventfully. I showed up on time and had to call the hiring manager a couple times before she even realized I was there. The interview was fine, standard questions. The hiring manager showed interest and asked for a reference, which I provided. Then, she ghosted me. I think it shows a huge lack of respect for your job candidates to take so much of their time and energy, and then not even get back to them with a yes or no. Makes me wonder how the actual staff are treated. Or, maybe organization in general is a challenge for this establishment.
