They will advertise this role as Marketing Assistant/Executive with an £25k salary but please be aware that this is a DOOR TO DOOR SALES JOB and your pay is based on commission. They'll get as many people as they can for the first interview and the place is packed. By the second interview only two people were there (as the rest walked out). This is because they use different terms to door to door sale and very vague on what you will be doing exactly. I was young, naive, certainly should've known better and should've asked much more in depth questions, but this has never happened to me before where a job is so desperate for you, they'll completely lie about what you'll be doing and not tell you out straight you'll be doing a door to door sales job MASSIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE HERE. I came in for the second interview (completely oblivious of what I was about to endure). They forget to tell you you'll be traveling around London and will need to pay it yourself. It's then when you get to some dodgy dark alley, knocking on doors which are then slammed in your face, in the poring rain you know what you've let yourself in for. I immediately walked away. It's cute how they try to distract you with asking tactical math questions about how much Halo fresh is sold by them, trying to test your knowledge and your level of academic. Please tell me why you test your candidates on math question for a door to door sales job where math is not needed what so ever? This did happen to me over a year ago and now in a legit marketing job I love, but my experience was so horrible and I can see now they are allowing reviews, I just wanted to take the chance to warn people before they waste any of their time and money. It's also really cute that they are using quite a few fake accounts to bring their Google review score up haha.
